GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

        1. Preamble

 Escapades Viticool is the commercial name of the company Amélie Bruneau, one-name micro-company, registered in the Répertoire SIRENE under the SIRET number 481 415 461 00021, head office at 22 rue Gobin, 49260, Antoigné. The APE code of the activity is “7990Z Autres services de réservation et activités connexes" (Other booking services and connected activities). The activity of the company is "Guidage et animation touristiques et œnologiques. Conseil en prestations touristiques" (Tourist guiding and oenological tours. Advices in touristic activities). Amélie Bruneau has got an insurance Responsabilité Civile (Civil Responsability), to MMA PRO-PME under the number 145174022.

 

        2. Deliveries/Tours specificities

 Escapades Viticool provides its customers guided walking tours, to discover the vineyard, the vine culture, the wine growers and the wines of the areas Anjou and Saumur, through historical or oenological themes. The deliveries are composed of a walking circuit on previously identified routes and a wine tasting in a winery selected by the guide. Escapades Viticool provides three kinds of deliveries :

  • The “classic” tour, for groups and individuals. The guide attends from 2 to 20 people who are not necessarily one composed group.

  • The “private” tour, for individuals. For 2 to 20 people already together, the guide attends only this group and does not take extra people with them.

  • The “tailor-made” tour, for groups from 10 to 50 people per delivery. Escapades Viticool's guide adapts the tour to the group needs and demands (changes of route, comments, departure place, theme, departure time), within his/her own availabilities and his/her partner wineries ones, within the demands practicality and the nature of the route.

 Escapades Viticool's tours require a minimum of 2 buying adults presence. For safety reasons, it is not possible to start a tour with only 1 person, neither with 1 adult and 1 underage child together.

 Escapades Viticool's tours are made for a public of children, teenagers, adults and seniors, able to walk without excessive fatigue during about 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on the routes, on sloped paths. The tours are not recommended for wheelchairs because of the stony and grassy paths along the tours.

 Escapades Viticool recommends to its clients to take with them for the tour : confortable shoes, a bottle of water, a hat and/or sun cream when the weather is hot, and a raincoat when the weather is rainy.

 Escapades Viticool's tours are organised on booking only, everyday all year long, according to partner wineries availabitity and according to Escapades Viticool's guide availabitity. The “classic” and “private” tours start at 10:00 AM and 2:30 or 3:00 PM, according to partner wineries availabitity and according to Escapades Viticool's guide availabitity.

 Escapades Viticool's tours are commented in french or in english. Only the “tailor-made” tour can be commented in two-languages (french-english).

        3. Contact and booking

     1. Contact

 Escapades Viticool can be joined everyday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, by phone, by email, by the contact form of its website, by its facebook page and by postmail.

     2. Booking

 For every booking request, Escapades Viticool needs from the customer : his/her name, a phone number (mobil phone preferably) and a mail or email adress. The customer has to specify on his/her request the chosen tour theme, the desired day and hour and the number of persons concerned by the booking.

Every booking request will be followed by a confirmation mail or email from Escapades Viticool, to confirm to the customer the tour theme, the day, the departure time, the meeting point, the possible specificities of the tour (accessibility, difficulty...) and the presents General terms of sale. A last firm booking mail or email will be requested in return from the customer.

 No firm booking is taken by the facebook page messenger, neither by the Instagram page. Another email adress will be requested.

 The customer can book a tour with Escapades Viticool until the day before the day he/she choose, according to Escapades Viticool's guide and partner wineries availabilities, and according to the remaining available places.

        4. Prices and payment of the tours

     1. Prices

 Prices are presented TTC (including VAT), in euros. Escapades Viticool-Amélie Bruneau is a VAT-free company.

 The prices of each delivery are availables on Escapades Viticool's website or given by phone, by email or postmail, to every person who asks for them to Escapades Viticool.

     2. Reduced prices and free tickets

 A reduced price is offered to students and to disable people, who have the appropriate receipts. Without a receipt, the reduced price cannot be offered, and the full price is applied.

 The children reduced price is for children from 5 to 16 years old (included).

 All the Escapades Viticool's tours are free for children under 4 years old (included).

 The group reduced price is for groups with a minimum of 10 buying people. The group reduced price apply then for children and adults.

     3. Ways of payment

 A delivery payment can be made by cash, by french cheque to “Amélie Bruneau” or by credit transfer, on the account of Amélie Bruneau.

     4. Deposits

 For a booking with 10 buying persons and above, a deposit will be requested by Escapades Viticool, corresponding to 20% of the total delivery price.

     5. Delivery Payment

 The payment of the tour is done at the meeting point, before the departure of the tour.

 If a deposit has been asked, it must be paid a maximum of 5 days before the tour. The rest of the payment is done at the meeting point, before the departure of the tour.

 If the customer refuses to pay before the departure of the tour, Escapades Viticool is in right to refuse access to the tour for this customer.

     6. Quotes and invoices

 Escapades Viticool has to present a written quote to every person who asks for one.

 A quote is always made for a “tailor-made” tour booking and for a “classic” and “private” tour booking from 10 buying people.

 Escapades Viticool has to give a written invoice to every customer who asks for one.

        5. Cancellation, modification, delay, unappearance, interruption of a tour

     1. Because of Escapades Viticool

 Cancellation of the tour : if the guide is not available, Escapades Viticool has to warn the customer as soon as possible about the cancellation of the tour. If a deposit has been paid, it will be entirely repaid.

 Modification of the tour : if the tour has to be modified (change of the departure place, of the partner winery, or part of the route inaccessible), Escapades Viticool has to warn the customer as soon as possible. The customer is in right to accept or not, the modification(s). In case the customer does not accept, Escapades Viticool will provide him/her an other day or an other departure hour for the requested tour, or an equivalent tour. If the customer does not accept any modification and if a deposit has been paid, it will be entirely repaid.

 Interruption of a tour : if the tour has to be interrupted by Escapades Viticool, without any possibility of compensation or continuity by an other provider, the all delivery will be repaid to the customer.

 Other : Escapades Viticool reserves the right to refuse access to the tour to one or several customers with an attitude and/or an outfit that could be inappropriate, inaccurate, violent or offensive, and also to customers who would be under the influence of alcohol or of any drugs.

     2. Because of the customer

 Cancellation of the tour : if no deposit has been paid, the customer has morally to warn Escapades Viticool of the cancellation at least the day before the delivery day. If a deposit has been paid, cancellation has to occur at least 10 days before the delivery day for the deposit to be repaid to the customer. If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the tour, the deposit will not be repaid. If the delivery has been paid entirely and the customer cancells or does not come on the departure time, no payment will be repaid. For every cancellation, Escapades Viticool will provide the customer an equivalent delivery with different departure day and time.

 Delay : The customer with a delay has to warn Escapades Viticool by phone or by sms only. Without any warning from the customer, and if the tour has been booked by several groups of customers, the departure time will be maintained and if a deposit has been paid, it will not be repaid. When the customer warns Escapades Viticool, and if the delay is not longer than 15 minutes, Escapades Viticool will start the comments on the departure place, to wait for the customer. In case of a “private” tour, Escapades Viticool has to wait for the customer but Escapades Viticool and its partner winery reserve the right to shorten the delivery of equal time.

 Important to know : For safety and practical matters, it is not possible to join a tour after it started.

 Interruption of the tour : if the customer interrupts the tour, no payment will be repaid. An equivalent delivery will be provided by Escapades Viticool.

     3. Because of outsiders or weather conditions

 Cancellation of the tour : Escapades Viticool reserves the right to cancell the tour in case of adverse weather conditions with a safety risk for the customer (storm, strong wind, heatwave). An equivalent delivery will be provided at another departure day or time. The customer can accept or not the new delivery. If a deposit has been paid, it will be entirely repaid.

 Modification during the tour : if some modifications have to be made during the tour outside Escapades Viticool's control, Escapades Viticool has to warn the customer as soon as possible. The customer can accept or not the modification(s) and interrupt or not the tour (cf “Interruption of the tour because of the customer”). No payment will be repaid if the customer does not want to continue the tour.

 Delay or interruption of the tour : If the tour start should be late or if the tour should be interrupted outside Escapades Viticool's control, the customer can accept or not to continue the tour. In case the customer does not continue the tour, an equivalent delivery will be provided at another departure day or time, and no payment will be repaid.

 Buying an Escapades Viticool's delivery is accepting these presents General terms of sale.
